The Maxi-Sump/Cold-Air Intake system is a combination of our lightweight oil sump with our cold-air intake system. We take pride in manufacturing systems that exceed OEM quality, while being the lightest, most powerful and most durable systems available.
We have been manufacturing the Maxi-Sump systems for more than 30 years and have continued to revise and update them to create the best performance while always keeping build quality and durability in mind. Our attention to detail sets our systems apart, from the tapered diameter intake tubes that are manufactured using complex hydroforming and heat treatment processes to the high-strength magnesium oil sumps that we cast and fully machine in house. Our experience, along with constant innovation through dyno testing, computer simulation, and flight testing assures that we are producing the highest quality systems.
We offer these systems for most Lycoming engines - 320, 340, 360, 370/375, 390, 540, and 580. The systems are engine specific, so please specify your combination when ordering.
