We offer mandrel bending services of thin-wall stainless steel, inconel, and aluminum tubing in production quantities.

About our bends:
For aircraft exhaust and intake components, we have the ability to mandrel bend 304, 321, and 347 Stainless Steel tubing as well as Inconel, Titanium, and Aluminum tube. We have thirteen mandrel bending machines with which we are able to bend the specified tubing size to any degree requested (1-180). Sky Dynamics has the tooling to produce mandrel bends using tubing from 0.250" up to 4.000" diameter. We use dies that cause no crosshatch or knife-edge grip marks and leave the bends wrinkle-free to promote smooth flow and prevent breakage or weak spots.  
 
The list of bends below represents the more popular bends available, though we have other tooling for specialty jobs. We specialize in large order lots for aircraft manufacturers and certified exhaust overhaul applications. Our 35+ years of bending experience means that we can quickly manufacture anything from simple 90 degree shelf stock bends to complex compound bends in quantities from 20 - 1000 pieces.
